installed packs are deactivated and wont activate

i just installed the new update and when i go into the game it says my packs are disabled so i clicked to re enable them in marketplace and then when the app restarts it still shows deactivated. i to...

are there any numbers behind that ?

Did you ever add the line -disablepacks to EA app/Steam ?

 i didn't add the disable packs but i finally got it fixed
