Small Business Speakers

I opened a little story within my residence (so a small business), which has for separate rooms, I place wall speakers in each room and I would like them to be synched / play the same song at the same time. 

However, even if i selected the same genre they all play different songs and in Build Mod the genre speaker are not available (probably because it is residential?).

Any help please?
