Have you fully completed Alice's Quest as well? You should be able to use the Guardian Tree once her questline is completed.
For the Swords card, you can find that one by exploring the crypts.
Yes I’ve completed all quests, I can use the tree but like I said the intuition isn’t working, it just said I need a stronger intuition, same with the bog.
I am also always in the crypts, if my sim has any free time then I have her in the crypts, she’s in there all day and all night, I’ve gotten all other crypt cards but the swords is never coming up. I’ve pressed every option and I still am not getting it.
