Is it normal that my game stop working when there is a fire?

Since the Inchanted by Nature pack, my game completely stop working when there is a fire on my lot.. I can't even extinguish the fire or call the firefighters. I wanted to know if I was the only one with that problem or if it is like that for everyone.&nbsp;

Does this happen every time that a fire breaks out? What happens when it occurs? Does the whole game freeze? Or does the game keep running but the sims won’t extinguish the flames or call the firefighters?
