Is there a way to make my Alien Sims
to take their human forms when they are townies and unplayed? I edited a bunch of aliens in CAS and now they never dress up as humans.

I wonder the same thing. I do not understand why unplayed alien Sims always work e.g. as bar keeper and don't use their human form... I think it's quite annoying. Sadly I do not has a solution to this problem. I think it has something to do with the coding...
