Is there a way to stop Sims 4 from creating New Townies?

I don't know any way to stop The Sims 4 from creating new Sims. However, it shouldn't be a problem. Just delete the ones you don't want whenever you're ready to start adding your own. (You probably don't need to delete any of them but that's up to you.)
