issues with saving house and sims won't communicate or interact

I don't have any images cause I don't get time to get it but my issue is that I can't save my house that I made into my gallery and my sims can't communicate. when they do their arms lift or they jus...

When I want my sim to get to know my other household members it doesn't work. the arms come up. I can now save my house without getting an error. I tried doing that now and it saved my house into my gallery.  I do clear cache every time I go out the game and I repair the game before I play and after i play every second day. how can i delete this report?
