Issues with Update. Unable to play at home lot

Update Issues****

Since the update i'm unable to play my sim at his home lot. Can play him at other locations but with mods off or on the screen is stuck loading. This is a pc issue by the way. I play using the EA app on Gamepass via PC.

    Hi Tez2413​ 

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    • Delete the ones you have
    • Trigger the error again
    • Check if new ones are created
    • If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
