Yes. I removed the folder under under documents > electronic arts >. I took the "The Sims 4" folder out, renamed it and placed it on my desktop, which my mods folder was inside of. The game generated a fresh one with absolutely no mods in the fresh mod folder when I relaunched and none of my screen/ui override mods showed up when the game was starting up like they usually do because they were in the folder that I removed and renamed. I didn't take any screenshots. I've removed my mods folder, my tray folder and both at the same time. When removing neither of those folders separately or together worked, I removed my entire "The Sims 4" folder all together, which included my mods/cc.
Hi Renasai1
there was just a patch today. Can you check if it makes any difference ?

Unfortunately not. I reset the EA app caches and removed my Sims 4 folder again and got a screenshot of the popup this time. I'll add it to the post.

Can you try if it works on a new Windows user ?
You can make a local one, start the game there and see if it occurs there too.
Seems your screenshot didn't upload

I couldn't open the game from the local account. Is there a way to just get my account cleared of whatever is triggering the popup from EAs side?
