Items blinking out

I’m not sure how to exactly describe this. But in build mode I select an item, go to place it, and it vanishes. Blinks out. Almost instantly. I’m on ps5 so it’s not cc or mods. Wtaf.

ice turned the game off/on, reloaded saves, it’s still there.
