the new masquerade ball login event is not working for me. I can see it on the home page, but when I go into the game and try to access it, it does not work it just says the gnomes are trying to fix it. I am online so I do not know why it's not work, I've tried reloading the game and my pc ,nothings working

What security software are you using ?
Can you try restarting EA app and if that doesn't work, reinstall it ?
HI thank you for your help I restarted EA and also signed out and then signed back in and that got it to work!
