Language problem

I'm trying to download The Sims 4 on my Mac from EA app. It proposes me only three language variants, which are Polish, Czech and Russian. I live in Ukraine and I want to get version in Ukrainian or English, as I don't speak any of the 3 languages that are proposed. 

I suppose that EA app uses a geographical location, but I find it quite discriminative that I can't play in my native language (as I suppose how using my geographical location for proposing language of gameplay should work) and I also can't play English, which is common for many games. 

I think it's a huge and terrible issue and I would be delighted if this problem would have more attention from EA, as I found a person describing this problem 7 (!!!) years ago.
