Having a ton of issues with the soul's journey, across any sims across any save. I tried deleting all mods, repairing the game, and ended up doing a factory reset on my computer to see if there was some hidden bugged file but nope. I have tried multiple new saves, multiple sims (newly made by me, spawned townies, regular townies, etc). Issues: Whims/wants are no longer contributing to the soul's journey The floating cross-legged person icon doesn't show up upon completing whims/wants, aspirations, bucket list goals, etc when building progress, even when the bar visibly goes up to show that progress has been made. All new sims are starting with slight progress in their soul's journey. Upon completing a whim/want or anything, the bar sets back to zero and then will restart. Please help!! This has been my favourite feature and I miss that silly little floating icon upon making progress!! Edit By crinrict: Added Tag to Title, Adjusted Title

[LD] Soul's Journey: Wants not giving points/Resetting progress

Having a ton of issues with the soul's journey, across any sims across any save. Issues:

Whims/wants are no longer contributing to the soul's journey

I feel your frustration! As a Data Science student at University of São Paulo, seeing a progress bar reset to zero is like watching a database corruption in real-time. It sounds like your soul’s journey save data has a sync conflict where the game is failing to register the completion of whims as a valid data point.
I actually experienced a reset like this in my own life last year. My academic focus was completely broken, and no matter how much effort I put in, my results weren't moving. I felt like I was stuck in a loop. I decided to analyze my own 'source code' using my 29/11 Life Path on numerology calculator.
It helped me realize that I was ignoring my master number vibration. Once I aligned my daily routine with my internal blueprint, my progress bar finally started moving forward again, and my performance reached its peak.
