Level 10 painter can only sell to collectors, except for masterpieces

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Selling a painting at a higher level of the skill
What happens when the bug occurs? When my level 10 painter wants to sell a painting, there is never the option to sell it to the art gallery, only for masterpieces
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the option to sell to the art gallery every time because my sim has reached painting level 10
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated my game with the June patch and installed Discover University
My level 10 painter cannot sell paintings to the art gallery except masterpieces. I never had this issue before installing Discover University and the June patch, so I guess it is related to that. Is anyone experiencing this too?

I also tested and didn't have the option but had it immediately when I joined the career.
