Likes/Dislikes Panel disappears

When creating a new sim in CAS, my likes and dislikes panel disappears whenever I try to select my sim's traits. I'm running a vanilla game on a new save file. I have tried repairing my game and dele...

    Yes, that is what was happening. I just did a fresh install of the game, and the issue has resolved itself for now.

My likes and dislikes panel is missing in every attempt to create a new sim. The misalignment UI appeared only once and resolved itself after I exited the game and came back in.

So you can't click on the question mark that's there on your second pic ?
