[LLQE] No Pop-Up for week 2

Do you not get the pop-up or empty quests ?

How long did you wait ? Any mods/cc in your game ?

If you click on the event icon, does that pop-up work? What does it show for your progress?

Mine was the same. When I clicked the event icon in the corner, it shows last week was collected, the two quests show in the completed section. Drama Life is blue (available), while subsequent quests show grey (as they should), but there's no event objectives to progress the event at all during gameplay. The icon basically only opens the collection interface.

I restarted the game numerous times. I tried different saves. I tried a brand new save. I tried setting out the display with the key from last week. I tried leaving the lot and coming back. 

What fixed it for me: 
I clicked my sim to see if she can Call the Envoy. I noticed my sim with no guests over had the option to "Send Everyone Home." As soon as I clicked that, the quest popup for Drama Life appeared. 

I'd check to see if you can "Send Everyone Home" because maybe the Envoy is bugging out and preventing the quests from progressing like in my game. A Schrödinger's Envoy, if you will.
