[LLQE] Phone icon with the only option being 'destroy' appears in Sim inventory

Hi, I just noticed something weird happening after today's base game update. Every time I switch to a sim in my household, they have something in their inventory that looks like a cellphone. It doesn't have any tooltips to suggest its name or purpose, and the only option when I click on it is "Destroy", which removes it from my inventory before I switch to another sim and back again.

Same. Except my sim will do nothing, even when I debug her, until I destroy the phone. Then she'll START to do a task before bugging out again and giving up. I've restarted my game 6 times over the past hour trying to just do this stupid event but every time they try to do a task, the whole game bugs out.
I haven't played in a while because of bugs but this EP looked fun. I should've known better -_-

For me it takes the place of my glimmerstone, and the only thing I can do is destroy it and go manually and get another one from a sage...I hope they fix this soon because its a royal pain in the butt to have keep doing this every time I come on!
