Loading bug

I can make a new game and create a sim with no issue, and I can go into a world through manage worlds and edit a lot through there. But as soon as I try to enter an actual lot in live mode it just loads FOREVER. I've tried leaving the game like that loading for 30 minutes.

I also MADE SURE to try it without any mods in my mod folder and it has the same issue.

I also tried clicking repair through EA on the game😭

Help! I miss playing!

    Hi reelvideo​ 

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    - Delete the ones you have
    - Trigger the error again
    - Check if new ones are created
    - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
