I have removed all my mods and am having issues with the loading game music. It has background noise of static underneath the normal Sims4 loading music, sometimes it does take over from the music and the music is soft while the static sounds are loud. This has been happening since 4.16.26 update. I was hopeful that todays update would fix this and it didn't. This issue does occur when loading into all households within different save files.
yeah, this doesn't sound like the known issue.

could you maybe record an audio of what you are hearing ?
There's a known issue that the music from another mode gets stuck and you hear two sounds but yours sounds different.
Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
