Lots not saving progress and reverting back to original build

This is happening to me as well (build resetting to base game lot when opened even when showing a new lot in world view). I hope there is a solution! I keep having to save my progress on lots to the gallery to make sure I don't completely lose my builds but that gets tedious, especially for small changes. I'm afraid to open up any custom lots that aren't saved to the gallery.
