Lovestruck pack dissapeared after update

Question

I bought and downloaded The Sims 4 Lovestruck expansion pack on September 15 2024, it worked until I updated the Sims 4 on November 19 2024. Lovestruck shows up in my EA downloads, but I can't find the files anywhere. It's like it was erased from my computer. Could I get some help?

Hi @burgersyo , are you using the same account to login to EA app? If you purchased the pack through EA it should show up in your transaction history (https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/orderhistory/), is that the case?

@EA_Cath Yes, I'm using the same account to log into the EA app, it does show up in my transaction history. But It doesn't show up in my library like it used to. but I'm absolutely sure it's the same account.
