I am playing with a married couple. Both of them have the Loyal trait. One of them used the "Hook Up With..." social on a friend of theirs. She immediately got the "What Have I Done" moodlet and has the "Confess Cheating" option with her spouse.

Something weird happened to me to lately, but I didn't understand why. I'll keep an eye to see if that happens to my loyal sims too or if it happens something like what had been reported here.
@RavenTheFoxx It happens with loyal sims. Always confessing to cheating. It's a pain. LOL At least if they flirt they have a reason to say sorry but still confessing to cheating. Loyal and guilty. LOL
