[LS] Cupid's Corner Dates not working

I am experiencing the exact same bug as this thread: Cupid's Corner Dates not working | EA Forums - 4947802

This is only affecting one sim in my household, regardless of who he tries to create dates with. My other sims (a regular sim and a servo) are able to initiate dates through Cupid's Corner successfully.

    No, the other sims that he tried to go on dates with were not celebrities. I had him step out of fame and he was able to create a date that way.

    Edited to add: I went back into my save after testing out the backup save and he was able to create a date, so whatever was causing the issue was resolved with a game restart.

    Was the Sim that tried to go on a date with him also a celebrity ? Can you maybe for testing have him step out of fame (on a backup) and see if that's what's blocking the date ?

    The sim is gen 10 of a legacy I'm doing, he was born into the family normally.

    Here's his full trait panel (he did not yet have unstoppable fame at the time I was attempting to schedule a date):

    He's also a celebrity - he was a 4-star celebrity at the time I was trying to schedule the date. The first date I tried scheduling was with Rory Oaklaw, so I originally thought maybe it was something going weird with werewolves (I don't have them restricted to just their world, but that was the only thing I could think of) but then trying to schedule dates with other sims also did not work.

    He's also the leader of his dynasty (Darong dynasty, he inherited it from his dad, Obi Darong).

    can you share some info about the Sim ?

    • How was the Sim created ?
    • What traits does he have ? 
    • If it's a premade Sim, what's the name of the Sim ?
    • Anything else that comes to mind
