LTR_Romance_Main doesn't work

The "ModifyRelationship" (for romance) cheat seems like it doesn't work for me. I've been trying to type "ModifyRelationship [Sim1FirstName] [Sim1LastName] [Sim2FirstName] [Sim2LastName] LTR_Romance_Main" over and over but the romance bar does not raise up. I tried switching the order of the names but that does not help. And yes, I've typed "testingcheats on" before but it still doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

NatiiXD904 If you are a mod user, there are several mods that adjust relationships and are easier to use that typing in cheats. In this case, both MCCC and UICheats can do the job.
