Main screen has the same picture for all of the promos

Question

As it can be seen on the picture below, my game has the same picture for every promotion and I don't understand why. I've tried deleting the game and downloading it again and also getting rid of my mods and opening the game to see if that was the problem, but it wasn't. This really bothers me visually. Also, my game has been slower and laggy; the loading screens have been staying for longer than they used to.

The computer I'm using is a brand new PC and this problem didn't exist on my old computer so I'm confused, especially because I have a lot of free storage in this one so that's not it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi, I did that but it didn't work, it's taking so long to load and I don't understand why, the PC is new. The same picture for all the promos still bothers me.

@Kaufmann  Did you move any files over from your old computer or is this a brand new folder ?

I had originally brought my old save files but deleted them when I noticed the problem. Nothing changed though.&nbsp;
