Main screen has the same picture for all of the promos

As it can be seen on the picture below, my game has the same picture for every promotion and I don't understand why. I've tried deleting the game and downloading it again and also getting rid of my m...

Hi, I did that but it didn't work, it's taking so long to load and I don't understand why, the PC is new. The same picture for all the promos still bothers me.

@Kaufmann Did you move any files over from your old computer or is this a brand new folder ?

    I had originally brought my old save files but deleted them when I noticed the problem. Nothing changed though.

        Right now the only thing I have is an ad blocker on chrome. I’ve been meaning to get an anti-virus, but since it’s a new computer I haven’t done that yet.
