Major bug: Multiple worlds are completely unusable in my existing save

Hello,

I am reporting a serious bug in The Sims 4 that has made a large part of my game completely unusable.

In my existing save, multiple worlds are broken. When I open these worlds, I see a faint white rectangle instead of the normal world interface. I cannot select lots, build, or play with households in these worlds. This affects multiple worlds, including San Myshuno, San Sequoia, Ravenwood, Nordhaven and Britechester.

I have already removed my mods and custom content, but the problem remains.

I tested this by starting a completely NEW GAME. In a new save, all of these worlds work normally. This clearly shows that the problem is connected to my existing save, but that does not make the game acceptable or playable for me.

I have spent a significant amount of money on The Sims 4 and its expansions, and I should not have to start my entire game over because an existing save has become corrupted or incompatible after an update. I have built up households, relationships, lots and progress in this save, and I do not want to lose all of that.

I am not an IT professional and I should not be expected to manually repair or manipulate save files in order to make paid game content work. I simply want my existing game and my purchased content to function correctly.

Please investigate this issue and provide a proper fix that restores these worlds in existing saves without requiring players to start over or manually repair their save files.

I would appreciate a solution that preserves my existing progress.

Thank you.

Since you are a mod user, did you check your mods and if you did, which method did you use?  Did you add or remove something in your mods folder right before the problem showed up?  Do any of the mods you use save info in the save file itself or in its own save file?  When you tested without mods, did you also pull the mod save file out too?

Hopefully, one of those things will work and you can continue to play your save.  However, if none of that works, then what it sounds like is your save file has started to show a sign of save corruption.  Tbh, at this point you are probably better off saving what households and lots you can and start over in a new save.  It can be a lot or work and time to do that.  Or you can just start a new save and abandon everything.  The choice is yours.

    Hope this helps.
