Male sims with cutom genders have no romance options?

I just started up my game after the latest update and for some reason my male sim that uses the toilet sitting has no romance socialization options for any other sim? So far I have already tried remo...

if you change the option, does this Sim then have their interactions ? To be sure, it happens for all the Sims you tested as long as they have that option ?

Tested this with a new Sim and it works fine for me.
