I tested again and it seems like the issue was affecting ALL sims, regardless of gender. The only interactions were the friendly, funny, and mean introductions, but after introducing any of my sims to another sim, then romance options become available. I guess whatever is happening only affects the flirty interaction?
Yes. any options after introducing my sims are still visible. it also seems after leveling up charisma a bit the flirty option becomes available again. im not sure if this is a bug or a new change because until recently i remember the flirty introduction being available regardless of skill level.
