Manhole covers flicker in parts of Willow Creek, Newcrest & Ciudad Enamorada

I’m making this post to report a visual bug affecting manhole covers in certain neighborhoods of Willow Creek (including the neighborhood where the Goth family lives), Newcrest, Ciudad Enamorada, and possibly other worlds.

The manhole covers on the streets flicker extremely heavily when the camera is moved at certain zoom levels, particularly when zoomed out. The flickering can also occur when zooming the camera in or out.

As far as I can tell, this issue doesn’t affect every neighborhood. However, it consistently occurs in certain areas of the worlds mentioned above.
