Hello Fellow Simers!
Im hoping someone can help me with this issue or provide a solution. I'm using a Mac and after the latest update my Ondarion world wont load. It goes to the world but its white and I can't do anything but return to the main game menu. The other worlds load just fine its just Ondarion and theres noI've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, deleting caches - the works - but nothing seems to work. Please HELP!
UnyqueFlower Please test with your Mods folder removed. You don't need to save your progress.
If that doesn't help, or you use no mods or custom content at all, please try loading Ondarion in a new save, for comparison's sake.
Ok, I tried starting a new save game in Ondarion and that worked, but I dont use mods, only custom content. Is there a way to load my previously saved games?
UnyqueFlower There may be, but I'd like to see a lastexception file, if the game generates one. And generate it with your Mods folder removed.
Open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. Try again to load this save, and if and when it doesn't work, look for a new LE. If you find one, open it (TextEdit is fine), copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.
