Why does my sim look like this after she came home from work? I cannot get it off by her taking a shower either....

She looks like she has the “Creation Impulse” ailment that came with Enchanted by Nature,
You can make a cure for it on the apothecary table, or pay a naturopath to be cured or ask another fairy to cure them.Rosemow is correct.
To further avoid Ailments, keep your sim in Balance by keeping negative moodless (tense, embarrassed, angry, uncomfortable) to a minimum and resolving them as soon as you can.Yeah, I figured that out after I got a response from someone on a Discord. Note to self: if you buy a new pack, learn about it first before you start playing... LOL
