[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 saves/user content disappearing (PC)

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me or redirect me to the correct place to correct this issue?

All my saves excluding other’s creations saved to my personal library (Meaning my sims and personal lots) keep disappearing from the game and library entirely despite intervals of gameplay. 
I’ve removed the game(including the EA app) and redownloaded everything fresh in the past when this occurred but this did not resolve the issue. It is getting quite frustrating having to redo everything and seeing obnoxious hours of creations disappear every time I leave the game unplayed for more than a single week.

Unfortunately I have no pictures of said occurrence despite it happening multiple times but I urge you to understand that I have spent far too long attempting to revamp entire maps and make my own townies and it is infuriating to keep going through this without any resolve or explanation.
