I've just noticed that I'm missing the pre-order bonus on some of the recent packs, however I bought them before release.
I also redeemed the pre-order bonus and recall having them in the past, but seems it's missing (screenshot attached).
Could you please help?

Hi EA_Solaire, this happened to me too. I purchased Businesses & Hobbies from CD Keys, I have installed it using the key code, and the pre-order content isn't there. Can you help me with this issue too, please? Thanks!
Community ManagerFor purchases from third-party retailers, you'll need to contact the seller directly if you've not received the extra content.

Hi EA_Solaire - I bought it from Instant Gaming. It did include a 2nd pre-order bonus specific key, which the EA app said it was redeemed.

Community ManagerIf that content isn't working for you, you'll need to contact the retailer for a replacement code or a refund.
I bought the pack directly from EA and the bonus content is missing. I opened a ticket but the EA support wasn't helpful, I was told they are aware of the issue but don't know when it can be resolved and to contact them again "some time in the future." That's not good enough, had I known this, I would have waited for the sale and not paid the whole price :(
