More Customization for Male Sims and Other things

This is more of an analysis than it is of a request. Here is my unpopular opinion:

There is not a lot of male content in the sims 4.

In my opinion, The Sims 4 is a game marketed towards young women.

I would be correct in saying all expansion packs cater more women than they do men in terms of Create-A Sims items in Expansion packs. The selection is limited and most hairstyles are repetitive copies of previous ones or eyesores and it feels like there is no in-between.

My favorite thing to do in-game is customization. I will customize my whole town before I feel like playing it because I love making various characters to act out stories and scenarios, but continually, I am dissatisfied with the quality and frankly quantity of male hair in The Sims 4.

Additionally, I find it hard to find clothing versatility difficult. When a male sim wears feminine clothing, suddenly, the game finds it necessary to distort their body. A similar issue happens when I make transgender men in my game or even just making male sims with feminine frames suddenly look dented. Why does the head shape become distorted as a consequence of changing a character's gender?

Unrelated, but why do my skinny sims have to look emaciated, not lithe? Why do my big sims have to be top heavy and can't just be well rounded out? It is frustrating.

Going back to my original point, the lack of male content makes gameplay difficult for someone who has seen this repeated in most expansion packs with some hairs being slightly different from next while the list for hairs for women continue to amaze me with the variety. Most of the hairs I use for hair come from Birksche, a cc creator for the Sims 4.

I know the Sims 4 is a game designed for all, but it doesn't feel that way.

Even as I say this, unless I have a podium, no one is doing anything on the request of one person, so I guess I'll just put my thoughts here to get it off my chest.

I don’t think this is an unpopular opinion. Lacking for male’s clothing/hairs are most the time first complain if a new DLC comes.

I happy that I can now use female hair for my male’s sim. I love long hairs for male, but the male options are lacking and self with the female hair are lacking, so yes, I need cc for male hairs because without CC my male sims would all use the same 8 vanilla hair.

I need CC if I want a hairy man because body hair doesn’t exist for now. I don’t really need CC for female Sims, but I use hairs too, I never encounter a vanilla blue/green hair sim but with CC I encounter this, and I think this is nice.

I have some transgender sims, and I know your struggles. If I use some Bodie shape the neckless are in their bodies and this is awful. The new Cottage Live pearls, I can’t use it for my transmale because of this.

Most of my CC-Hair too from Birksche, she is amazing with her hairs for males, kids and females and I love her baby bassinet.

Summary: The Game needs more male hairs, beards and finally body hair. (Most male player can’t create really a simself because of lacking body hair.)
