Most food greyed out withtout Simple Living lot trait
I don't have simply living on and can't cook anything everything is greyed out, until I get ingredients. My sims can cook without the ingredients on their own. I tested with and without mods and CC. ...
The weird thing is that on your screenshot, the option for Fresh ingredients doesn't show, only for prepped Ingrediens so the game thinks it's enabled for whatever reason.
Does it happen in a new save too ?
