My baby went invisiable a

My baby went invisible... I tried to reset her and could NOT sooooo when here brothers got home from school the game said the she was neglected and TOOK HER AWAY. I WANT HER BACK!! Please help me, how do I get a sims 4 baby back? Is there any way because I promise I didn't neglect her, she went invisible. 

I miss her, I'm so mad.
