my child sims are pregnant/gaining unusual weight???

take a look at the sc's, 4/5 child sims in my played households have body type issues and somehow they all differ, the one in the red shirt has really tiny shoulder, the sim with the black hair straight up looks like shes about to give birth, the blonde haired sims was barely noticeable until i pulled her weight slider all the way down, and the shirtless sim looks like hes been working out chest for years. the mods i have installed are mc command center, 4 column cas and ui cheat extensions, plz help
