My current sim will not go to work (and there's no option to 'go to work')

My current sim will not go to work but however there is no button to 'go to work' or it doesn't say my sim is missing work. In the career tab it will show 'work in 1 hour' but once it hits 8:00am and...

I found out that if I make my sim with the trouble leave the household and move out, then I place them back in the same household while moving them it fixes it. Pd: Sorry if it doesn´t make sence, english is not my first language.
