My daughter cannot get married

I've tried so many times for my daughter to plan her wedding ceremony but it just doesn't show up. She's a young adult, who's engaged to another young adult. I've refreshed deleted cache files, repaired the game and nothing works. Ive tried to press plan social events to look for the wedding options and nothing, press plan a wedding event and it just has all the other options like rehearsal dinner, family reunion, reception, etc but no wedding ceremony.
