My game ıs gone
I havent played this game in a while and I am in a new computer now. but I use the same account but all my game is gone. my world my sşms. everything

You need to copy your saves folder and tray folder that are in your Documents-Electronic Arts-Sims 4 folder from your old computer and replace the new ones that have been created on your new computer with them. Your saves folder contains your save games and the tray folder contains the lots and households that you have saved to your library.
