My game keeps getting stuck on the loading screen

Whenever I try to play a my sim family by clicking on a lot, the game gets stuck  on the loading screen and I can't access the gameplay.  I've already tried the following steps to fix the issue: D...

The same thing is happening to me. I was able to click on a random household and it loaded in but I couldn’t let that sim travel to my current household. It got stuck on the loading screen again. I tried to build to bulldoze the lot to replace it but I’m stuck on the loading screen again. It was working perfectly fine yesterday.
