my game not working. help!

no matter what i do, i deleted all my mods and cc , deleted and redownloaded app, repaired the ea app, it just keeps saying "a problem on our end caused the game to fail, please try again later" this has been happening for a week! i feel so stuck and there is little to no help on the internet because i have already tried everything!!!
