My grim reaper event rewards are unlocked but I can't claim them
I've seen a lot of people have issues with this event, but no one has this exact issue. I don't have any mods and I have the game on Steam. Does anyone know how to fix this?

How do you do that. Because there’s no prompts in my game to collect the rewards at all
@HomezLaw2 Do you have the reaper icon ?
Just click on that in the game. If you have something else going on, it will be smaller next to the goals.
You should then get the same window to claim.

Hi, I have the same issue but when I click the reaper on the upper left hand corner during live mode and still could not retrieve the rewards. Tried deleting mods, CCs, removing my accountdataDB.package out of the folder and still the same issue. 😕
I am have this same problem. No matter what I can't open the "reaper's rewards" in a save. I have even made a new save to try again and still nothing.
Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
