my sim likes knitting, so why are they always bored of it after an hour?
what is the point of even having the knitting pack if my sim, who has the "likes knitting" buff, gets bored of it after like one sim hour? none of the other things my sim likes work like that. are they worried we'll move through it too fast and realize how much money we wasted or do they just want us to hate this pack?
furthermore, I can't even sell knitted clothing at a sales table. i'm told other knitted items can be sold this way, but selling clothes doesn't seem like a terribly hard thing to make work.
I have no idea why I downloaded this pack because I can't knit items in an efficient way at all to make money, and I can't sell them at a sales table anyway. I can sell them on "plopsy", but that's horribly boring and doesn't mesh with my historical scenario at all.
I wish EA would try harder. It feels like they're designing packs with built in frustration to disguise how thin and extortionate they are. Like literally if you make an item-crafting pack, make it possible to SELL THOSE ITEMS in the same way you sell other crafted items and DON'T make it so even enthusiastic crafters get bored and unmotivated in an appallingly short amount of time. dear god. we just want to play your game, so why are you putting up barriers where no one asked for them if it's not to hide the pack's shallow gameplay and lack of value?
