my sims 3 and 4 and the expansions are gone from my game library

i bought sims3 and 4 and 6 sims 3 expansion and 1 sims 4 expansion and they are not in my game library..i bought them 6 yrs ago

gameplay issue

    Hey @89261ad8d5dc8735 

    Could you please make sure that you're using correct login details on Origin? At times players can create more than one EA account, especially if using more than one email addresses, so it's really important to check them all. In many cases the games are simply located on a different account.
