My Sims' aspirations are not completing/responding.

 Since last update (1.115.216.1030) my sims' aspirations are not keeping up with her actions, the only way for them to actually complete after acting rightfully on them is from me restarting the game...

Please test your issue on a vanilla game

To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.

-  localthumbcache
-  Any lastException Files
-  Any LastCrash files.

Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
