My sims cant walk into one especific spot

I just discovered a very bothering bug that I just cant understand.
I updated the game this morning, the update with thiefs from late february, and my sims couldnt walk into two rooms.
I did everything I could think of, I removed the rooms, changed the floors, took away the floors, took away furniture, everything, yet they still cant get into the rooms, and aparently is a very especific area (I drew where they cant walk), my sim circles the area but cant walk into it or interact with items inside it, I couldnt find any posts about this issue, and I updated my mods for this new update, I'm going crazy, please help
