My Sims have completed all semesters, but they're still on the work panel.

I'm playing with vampire families. My Sims have completed all semesters, but they're still on the work panel and haven't received their diplomas. I don't have any mods installed.Repairing in EA app does not fix errors.

never cc or mods

    Hi 20000angel​ 

    did you have the graduation yet ? How long has it been since you completed them ? Are having issues with non Vamps ?

    By the sound of it you had more than one Sim graduating at the same time ?
