My toddler is broken

Hi. I exited my game when the adults of the family were on a community lot, and a toddler was sent to daycare. I try to play next time and my household won't load. I managed to enter my household via the 'load game' option, and there was a time jump, about 9 in-game hours, and a game error popped-up (attached). When I left it was 8pm Fri, and now it's 5am Sat. I tried moving houses, nothing changed, same issue. I tried removing one sim at a time and that way figured out that my toddler is the issue. I moved her to another household and that household now has the same issue, while the original household now loads normally. At first I thought it was daycare that was the issue, but I managed to get her back home, but nothing changed. I tried repairing the game, I reset the sims folder, I removed all my mods, I removed all her buffs, I made a new save while she was out of the household, moved her back in afterwards, still the same, nothing works, she's just broken. I uploaded the household to the gallery - Grubb-BROKEN. Any ideas?
